Every parcel is sent with Royal Mail and comes with a tracking number. Your order is processed within 24 hours and usually arrives within 7–14 working days. Not completely happy? You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Returning is simple: email us at info@ravolla.com and our customer service team will send you the return instructions. As soon as your parcel arrives back with us and has been approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.
